About the Instructor
Samir Naser, owner of Indigo Traders, was born and raised in Nablus, Palestine in a large family. He spent much of his childhood on his grandparents' farm in a small village in the countryside. Samir enjoyed the almond, fig and olive trees abundant on the farm. Though a simple family, they enjoyed fresh fruits and vegetables each day, his grandmother’s fresh homemade bread and easy afternoons under the trellis of grape vines. Samir’s mother and sisters are exceptional cooks, and Samir naturally took an interest in foods and cooking his native cuisine.
