DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States:
Orders of $75 or more enjoy free shipping within the United States. Most shipments will be sent via United States Parcel Service (USPS). We strive to reduce our carbon footprint by using as little packaging as possible when shipping our products to you.
We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery addresses outside the United States will be assessed additional shipping fees based on the United States Parcel Service (USPS) rates to that country. Please contact us in advance of ordering to get international shipping rates.
Most shipments sent outside of the United States will be sent via United States Parcel Service (USPS) flat rate international shipping. You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At Indigo Traders, we strive to have each item listed online available to ship within 1-3 business days. Because we are a small, family-run business that personally sources our products, we have a good sense of our inventory and can keep our listings current. Though we can't anticipate large orders that may reduce our inventory significantly, we will do our best to get your order to you in a very timely manner. Please keep in mind, Indigo Traders reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but the customer will be fully refunded for the unavailable item.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) when item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt when returning an item.
